For any Dogwarts services, you must first register your dog with us!

Registration Requirements

• Must be up-to-date on and submit vaccinations before coming to class.

• All dogs must be comfortable in a group setting including both dogs and humans.

• Tuition must be paid in advance or at the first appointment.

• Once the form is complete, you will receive an email with your service agreement and liability waiver. When you e-sign the form, a copy will automatically be emailed to you.

After the above is complete, you will receive an email from us about setting up your first appointment!
